These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website pawsomelandfoundation.org (the "Website") operated by Pawsomeland Foundation (CIN: U88900MP2024NPL070251), a not-for-profit organisation based in Bhopal, India ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Website, or by making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Pawsomeland Foundation
Pawsomeland Foundation is a registered Section 8 / Not-for-Profit company working towards the rescue, treatment, rehabilitation, and sheltering of injured, abandoned, and disabled animals in India. All funds received are used exclusively for the welfare of animals in our care and towards building our cage-free sanctuary in Bhopal.
2. Donations
All donations made on this Website are voluntary contributions towards our animal welfare mission. Donations may be made as:
- One-time gifts — a single contribution of any amount from ₹50 and above.
- Monthly recurring gifts — a contribution of a fixed amount charged automatically every month via UPI AutoPay, cards, or net-banking. Recurring donations continue until cancelled by the donor.
By making a donation, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older, or making the donation with parental consent.
- The funds you are donating belong to you and have been earned through lawful means.
- You understand that donations are non-refundable except as detailed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Pawsomeland Foundation does not store your card, UPI, or banking information at any time. For monthly recurring donations, your authorisation to auto-debit is stored securely by Razorpay under RBI's e-mandate framework.
4. 80G Tax Benefit
Pawsomeland Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations made to us are eligible for tax deduction as per applicable law. Donation receipts for 80G will be issued to donors who provide their PAN and complete address at the time of donation, and can be requested at pawsomelandfoundation@gmail.com.
5. Use of Website
You agree not to use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or interfere with its normal operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including photographs of rescued animals, text, logos, and design elements — is owned by Pawsomeland Foundation. You may share our content on social media with attribution but may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
