This policy explains how donations to Pawsomeland Foundation can be cancelled or refunded. As a not-for-profit organisation, we treat donor trust as sacred and try to be as fair and transparent as possible.
1. One-Time Donations
Once a one-time donation has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable, as the funds are immediately allocated to animal care, medical treatment, food, or shelter construction.
However, if you believe there has been an error — such as an accidental double-charge, a wrong amount entered, or an unauthorised transaction — please write to us at pawsomelandfoundation@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation with the transaction reference.
Verified refund requests will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
2. Monthly Recurring Donations
You can cancel your monthly recurring donation at any time. Once cancelled, no further charges will be initiated.
To cancel a monthly donation, please email pawsomelandfoundation@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 74772 16753 with:
- The email address used to donate
- The approximate date and amount of the last successful donation
We will confirm cancellation within 3 working days and stop all future auto-debits. Please note:
- Any charge that has already been debited before cancellation will not be automatically refunded, as it has already been used for animal welfare. If you believe a charge was made in error, please raise a refund request as per Section 1.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your very first monthly charge and no funds have yet been utilised, we may honour a full refund at our discretion.
3. Failed / Duplicate Transactions
If your payment fails but money has been debited from your account, the amount is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5-7 working days. If it isn't, please contact us with the transaction reference so we can trace and refund promptly.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original donation (UPI, card, or net-banking) via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7-10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
5. No Physical Goods
Pawsomeland Foundation does not sell any physical goods on this Website — all transactions are voluntary donations. There is therefore no "return" of merchandise or physical shipment.
